I support Valletta’s efforts to create a comprehensive cultural plan that is sustainable, inclusive and equitable, and which encourages broad distribution of and participation in cultural activities throughout the city. I believe in programs like the Valletta Cultural Agency which stimulate access and participation, while enabling the development of creative skills and which further value and enable traditional cultural community celebrations as an important part of the social fabric.
