The design and innovation research agency PDR from Cardiff Metropolitan University will present the principles of service design as applied to the challenge of making our cultural resources relevant and accessible to the elderly, by means of a course titled Greenhouse. Cultural organisations and entities supporting social inclusion are invited to participate in this 2-day intensive course, which will consist of hands-on workshops, and research exercises.
