Fountains dancing to dramatic music in Valletta’s Grand Harbour stole the show on Saturday night as the Valletta Pageant of the Seas 2024 was held.
A seminar as part of the discussion process of the European Capital of Culture title in 2031 in Malta, was held at the Valletta Design Cluster.
