The Valletta Cultural Agency encourages Malta-based and international artists to submit proposals to join the InnovAiR 2023 programme at the Valletta Design Cluster Artist in Residence. Submitted proposals for this call, which is open until December 2023, are to focus on research, creative exchange and innovation, linked to the themes of urban culture, sustainability and/or community action.
